Lo: to research music video terminology & choose case studies.
Narrative- The lyrics are often reflected to the story in the music video.
Performance- Performance based music video shows the artist/band performing, they don't need to move or dance. A performance montage is were the artist/band are still performing but are shown in different places.
Concept- Rather than featuring the artist/band they show original stories, homages to a favourite TV show or movie. There is no link to the visual and lyrics.
Narrative: Illustration- the music video is based on the lyrics of the songs lyric in visual form. this can be shown in the actions the people in the video are doing 'acting out' what has been sung.
Narrative:Amplification- these use both narrative and performance with connotations of the meaning of the lyrics.
Narrative: Disjuncture- ignore the content of the song and tries to create a new meaning. The narrative doesn't match the song lyrics.

What is the song about: About his ideal relationship where you have to work together to keep it a strong relationship and that bumps in the road will make it more memorable and if it works out then it becomes more valuable. He would rather work for something then it been given to him.

Describe what happens in the video: He's in a studio walking around and "singing", the camera follows where ever he goes. In one part he sits by a table with a women and she is shouting at him, in another part he has ropes attached to him and he has a guitar and her goes in the air.
